Chewy Butterscotch-Walnut Bars
- 1-1/4 cups graham crumbs
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 1/2 cup butter, melted, divided
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Butterscotch Instant Pudding
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Combine graham crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/3 cup butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan.
- Bake 8 min.
- Remove from oven.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350F.
- Beat eggs and remaining sugar in medium bowl with mixer on high speed until thick and lemon coloured.
- Blend in remaining butter.
- Add dry pudding mix and flour; mix well.
- Stir in nuts and chocolate; pour over crust.
- Bake 30 min.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars to serve.
