Chewy Butterscotch-Walnut Bars

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine graham crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/3 cup butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan.
  3. Bake 8 min.
  4. Remove from oven.
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 350F.
  6. Beat eggs and remaining sugar in medium bowl with mixer on high speed until thick and lemon coloured.
  7. Blend in remaining butter.
  8. Add dry pudding mix and flour; mix well.
  9. Stir in nuts and chocolate; pour over crust.
  10. Bake 30 min.
  11. Cool completely before cutting into bars to serve.
