Shiny Frozen Strawberry Squares

• 1 cup flour
• 12 cup chopped walnuts
• 14 cup brown sugar (or brown sugar or Splenda blend)
• 12 cup melted butter
• 2 12 cups pureed strawberries
• 12 cup sugar (or Splenda)
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 (16 ounce) containerfrozen Cool Whip, thawed

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. For the crust, combine the flour, nuts, brown sugar (or brown sugar/Splenda blend).
3. Add melted butter, tossing to combine the ingredients.
4. Spread the mixture in a onto a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, tossing occasionally until lightly browned.
5. Take 1 1/2 cups of the browned mixture and press to the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan; reserve the remaining crust.
6. For the filling, in a large bowl, combine pureed strawberries, sugar (or Splenda), and lemon juice.
7. Fold Cool Whip into the mixture.
8. Carefully spoon filling over the crust mixture.
9. Sprinkle the remaining crust mixture on top.
10. Cover and freeze for 6 hours to set.
