Double-Chocolate Mousse
- 1-1/2 cups skim milk, divided
- 1 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping, divided
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- Microwave 1 cup milk and chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 min.
- ; whisk until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Add remaining milk and dry pudding mix; beat 2 min.
- Refrigerate 20 min.
- Whisk in 1 cup Cool Whip; spoon into dessert dishes.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and berries.
