PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP Creme Brulee Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  3. Add whole eggs and egg yolk; mix until well blended.
  4. Pour into crust.
  5. Bake 40 min.
  6. or until center is almost set.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
  9. Preheat broiler just before serving.
  10. Mix brown sugar and water; spread over cheesecake.
  11. Place on baking sheet.
  12. Broil, 4 to 6 inches from heat, 1 to 1-1/2 min.
  13. or until topping is hot and bubbly.
  14. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
