Jean's Apple Butter

  1. Cook apples slowly in cider, until soft.
  2. Put apples and cider in blender and puree.
  3. For every cup of pulp add sugar and spices.
  4. Cook slowly and stir frequently until mixture sheets from a spoon.
  5. Jar and store.
