Mom's Steak `N Gravy Recipe
- 2 pound round steak (cut into serving pcs)
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bouillon cubes, beef
- 1 c. water
- 5 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. water
- Brown meat pcs and onion in oil.
- Pour water over steak, add in bouillon cubes.
- Simmer for 1 hour or possibly till tender.
- Mix flour and water; add in slowly to pan liquid and stir to mix gravy.
- Season to taste.
- Serves 4.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or possibly rice.
