Homemade Ponzu Recipe - Dipping Sauce for Dumplings

• 3 tbsp Soy sauce
• 3 tbsp Vinegar
• 2 tsp Dashi stock
• 1 tsp Lemon juice
• 1 (to taste) Yuzu or yuzu pepper

1. Just mix all the ingredients.
2. It's also tasty with yuzu or yuzu pepper to your liking.
