Mexi-Corn Salsa
- 11 ounces corn
- 2 medium tomatoes seeded, diced
- 4 ounces hot chili peppers chopped
- 1/4 cup onions sliced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cilantro minced
- 1 small black pepper chopped
- 1 small garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients, and set aside.
