Sweet Quesadilla

• 1 whole wheat tortilla (8 inch)
• dash ground cinnamon
• 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 small banana, sliced

1. Spray both sides of tortilla with cooking spray; place on microwaveable plate.
2. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
3. Spread half of tortilla with peanut butter; top with bananas.
4. Fold in half.
5. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec.
6. ; cool slightly.
