Peanut butter muffins

• 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
• 3/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 egg

1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Mix all ingredients together until smooth
3. Line 12 count muffin pan or grease
4. Fill muffin tins 1/2 full
5. Bake for 20 or 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
6. When done baking u may sprinkle with powdered sugar
