Southwestern Beef Hash

  1. Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until no longer pink.
  2. Pour off drippings.
  3. Stir in potatoes, salt and pepper.
  4. Increase heat to medium-high and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in salsa.
  6. Continue cooking 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  7. Garnish with green onion and ripe olive slices if desired.
