Heart Healthy Blondies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F Grease bottom and sides of 9x13-inch pan.
  2. In mixing bowl, stir together flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder & salt.
  3. Set aside.
  4. With electric mixer, cream together margarine & sugar, then beat in egg whites & vanilla.
  5. Blend well.
  6. Mixing at low speed, gradually add dry ingredients.
  7. Stir in pecans.
  8. Spread batter evenly into prepared baking dish.
  9. Bake 30 minutes.
  10. Cool completely before cutting.
