Mediterranean Chicken

  1. Cook chicken and onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 6 min.
  2. or until chicken is lightly browned on both sides and onions are crisp-tender, turning chicken and stirring onions after 3 min.
  3. Add tomatoes, dressing, garlic and oregano; stir gently.
  4. Cook 4 to 6 min.
  5. or until chicken is done (170 degrees F), turning chicken and stirring tomato mixture after 3 min.
  6. Stir in olives.
  7. Spoon rice onto platter; top with chicken and sauce.
