Peggy Lennnons Favorite Chocolate Christmas Cake Recipe
- 1 pkg. dry chocolate cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant pudding mix
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- Beat all ingredients for 4 min.
- By hand stir in a large 12 ounce.
- package chocolate chips (semi sweet or possibly lowfat milk chocolate).
- Pour into a well greased bundt cake pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Take cake out of oven let set for 5 min before you turn onto a plate.
- You can sprinkle with pwdr sugar.
- Decorate with "Holly and berries".
- Don't frost.
- Its fabulous!
