Very Berry Fruit Cups

  1. Boil 3/4 cup water.
  2. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  3. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1 1/4 cups.
  4. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
  5. Remove any unmelted ice.
  6. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
  7. ).
  8. Add pureed strawberries; stir.
  9. Pour evenly into 6 dessert dishes.
  10. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  11. Garnish with cool whip.
