Cilantro Cream Cheese

• 12 cup cilantro, chopped
• 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, freshly grated
• 2 tablespoons pine nuts
• 1 12 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 dash kosher salt
• 8 ounces cream cheese

1. Blend all ingredients except cream cheese in a blender for one minute.
2. Mix blended ingredients with cream cheese.
