Crock Pot Beef Tips Recipe
- 1 pound very lean stew meat in 1 inch cubes
- 1 can french onion soup
- 1 can cream of celery or possibly mushroom soup
- Brown meat well in a little fat.
- Mix soups together and add in to meat.
- Cook 8 hrs on slow in the crock pot.
- Serve over noodles or possibly rice.
- Do not add in any water to the soups.
- Serves 4.
