Pot Roast In Foil Recipe

• 4 pound beef boneless bottom round roast
• 1 env. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
• 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup

1. Place sufficient foil in baking pan to cover roast firmly; place meat on foil.
2. Sprinkle Lipton Onion Soup Mix over meat and spread cream of mushroom soup over roast.
3. Fold foil over meat and seal securely.
4. Cook at 300 degrees for 4 hrs.
