Homemade macaroni & cheese
- 1 box Rotini Pasta
- 1 lb Monterrey Jack Cheese
- 4 can Tomatoe Sauce small cans
- 1/4 cup veg oil
- 1 dash salt for boiling water
- 1 bunch seasonings, salt, pepper,
- Boil a pot of water, sprinkle salt in water.
- Once water is boiling, place pasta in water, stir.
- Watch pasta and stir until, tender.
- Once pasta is tender, strain and rinse in cold water.
- While pasta is cooking shred cheese
- Wash pot, heat vegetable oil in pot , then pour all four cans of tomatoe sauce in pot, lower heat , stir and simmer for about, 6 mins .
- add salt and pepper.
- Stir pasta into tomatoe sauce, keep flame on low cook pasta and tomatoe sauce for about, 5 minutes
- Now its time to add you're cheese add a handful, stir and let it melt, then add more , after second handful has melted place some cheese on top and leave alone until cheese melts.
- you're Mac & cheese is done
