Spinach-Artichoke Dip
- 2 cups Parmesan
- 10 ounces, weight Spinach
- 14 ounces, weight Artichokes
- 1 cup Cream Cheese
- 23 cups Sour Cream
- 13 cups Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- Mix parmesan, spinach and artichokes together.
- In a separate dish, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo and garlic.
- Mix both mixtures together.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350.
