Creamy Soup

  1. Place potatoes, celery root, apples in a med pot with can of stock and fill the rest of the pot with water until covered.
  2. Bring to boil and cook until soft.
  3. While boiling, In sm saute pan, add oil and garlic cloves, cook garlic until med brown and toasted.
  4. Set aside and let cool.
  5. Add garlic to pot to soften slightly.
  6. Blend all ingredients together and season to taste.
  7. Finish with butter.
