Cabbage Consomme Soup
- 100 grams Cabbage
- 2 Wiener sausages
- 2 Consomme cubes
- 1 tsp Margarine (butter)
- 1 tsp Whole grain mustard
- 1 dash Coarsely ground black pepper
- Chop the cabbage and slice the sausages diagonally.
- Melt margarine in a pan and cook the sausages.
- Add the cabbage and cook until they start to char.
- Add 600 ml of water and consomme cubes and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then add the mustard and ground black pepper.
- Today's breakfast is yuzu jam toast.
- It's delicious.
