smoothered chicken
- 4 piece's of boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 fresh mushrooms 8 oz each
- 1 small red pepper
- 5 tbsp margarine
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cup mozzarela cheese
- melt margarine in large frying pan
- salt and pepper chicken to taste and place in pan
- wash and slice muchrooms and pepper
- when chicken is almost done add mushrooms and peppers
- when chicken is done and mushrooms and peppers are carmelized
- pile mushrooms and peppers on top of chicken
- top off with cheese and cover till melted
