smoothered chicken

  1. melt margarine in large frying pan
  2. salt and pepper chicken to taste and place in pan
  3. wash and slice muchrooms and pepper
  4. when chicken is almost done add mushrooms and peppers
  5. when chicken is done and mushrooms and peppers are carmelized
  6. pile mushrooms and peppers on top of chicken
  7. top off with cheese and cover till melted

chicken breast, mushrooms, red pepper, margarine, salt, mozzarela cheese
