Cranberry Orange Loaves

  1. COMBINE dry ingredients.
  2. Add egg, oil, and 1/3 cup (75mL) orange juice.
  3. Stir just until all ingredients are moist.
  4. Do not over mix.
  5. Immediately fold in cranberries, nuts, raisins, chopped orange and rind from orange.
  6. PLACE into 4 well-greased and floured 5x3x2" (13x8x5cm) loaf pans.
  7. BAKE at 350F (180C) for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes, remove from pans and cool.
