Wildberry Summer Soup

  1. Clean berries and set aside.
  2. Reduce White wine.
  3. Add tea and vanilla beans.
  4. Add mint and blanch fruit immediately place fruit bowl on ice to stop the fruit from cooking.
  5. Place soup in refrigerator to chill at least 1 hour.
