Baked Asparagus Recipe
- 1 1/2 lb fresh asparagus spears
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, -(finely minced)
- 3 x garlic cloves, - thinly sliced
- 4 Tbsp. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil salt freshly grnd black pepper
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Break tough ends off asparagus and place in a baking tray so the stalks do not overlap.
- Add in remaining ingredients and bake uncovered till asparagus is just tender, 5-8 min.
- Serve warm.
