Garlic Herb Small Red Potatos

  1. Scrub potatos clean and cut a strip of skin around potatos off.
  2. This allows the potatos to better absorb the broth and garlic butter.
  3. Combine chicken broth , cream, butter and potatos in a large pot.
  4. Bring to a boil and simmer until potatos are tender when pierced with a knife.
  5. This will take 15 to 30 minutes depending on the size of the potatos
  6. Drain potatos and toss with garlic butter and fresh herbs,.
  7. Serve hot.
  8. Garlic butter recipe attached below.
  9. Add more garlic butter if it needs it.
  10. These pototos can be made in advance and reheated just until hot in the mivrowave
