Bhel Puri
- 2 cup Rice puffs or kurmura
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green chilly
- 1/2 cup tamarind and jaggery pulp
- 1 salt
- 1 boiled potato
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- Make the pulp of tamarind and jaggery by heating it and straining out the pulp.
- Finely chop tomato, onion,chilly.Smash the potato and mix well.
- Add the rice puffs, lemon juice , tamrind pulp & salt together mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve immediately!!
