Corned Beef & Swiss Appetizer
- 1-1/2 qt. PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- - corned beef brisket, cooked, chopped
- 1-1/2 qt. shredded Swiss cheese
- Beat cream cheese and mustard in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Add meat and Swiss cheese; mix well.
- Spoon 1/2 cup of the cream cheese mixture into each of 16 (3-1/2-inch) ramekins (or four ramekins for trial recipe).
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min.
- or until lightly browned.
- Serve with assorted breads and crackers.
