Pistachio Bread
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 box 3 ounce pistachio pudding
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 8 ounce sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup cold water
- Blend pudding, cake mix, and sugar with mixer on low speed to break up lumps.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- Blend with mixer until well blended.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Grease 2 bread pans.
- Bake for 45-48 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
- Refrigerate when cool.
