BLT Pasta Salad

  1. Mix dressing and pepper puree.
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients except cheese.
  3. Add dressing mixture; toss to coat.
  4. Cover.
  5. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  6. For each serving: Plate 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) of the pasta salad; sprinkle with about 1 Tbsp.
  7. (15 mL) of the cheese.
