BLT Pasta Salad
- 2 cups Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
- 1-1/2 cups roasted red peppers, pureed, drained
- 1 gal. cooked farfalle (bow-tie pasta), drained
- 1 gal. romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2-1/4 qt. bacon, crisply cooked, drained and chopped Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1-1/2 qt. yellow tomatoes, diced
- 1-1/2 qt. grape tomatoes, halved
- 1-1/2 cups red onions, julienned
- 1-1/2 cups Italian parsley, chopped
- 1-1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups Kraft Shredded Parmesan
- Mix dressing and pepper puree.
- Combine all remaining ingredients except cheese.
- Add dressing mixture; toss to coat.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- For each serving: Plate 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) of the pasta salad; sprinkle with about 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) of the cheese.
