Cappuccino Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Dissolve coffee granules in liqueur in bowl; set aside.
  3. Combine brown sugar, butter and sugar in another bowl.
  4. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
  5. Add coffee mixture, chocolate, eggs and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed.
  6. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; beat at low speed until well mixed.
  7. Stir in chocolate chips.
  8. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  9. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Cool completely.
  11. Melt white baking bar and shortening in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth.
  12. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
