Chris'es Creamy Crookneck

  1. After washing and cutting off ends of squash, chunk and boil in water until tender.
  2. Drain, mash, and drain again.
  3. Put into an oven proof casserole dish.
  4. Stir in butter and cream cheese until melted.
  5. Add salt to taste if desired.
  6. Top with a bit of parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly and lightly browned, approximately 20 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
