Money Tree Cocktail
- 1 1/2 ounces Cynar
- 3/4 ounce Lustau
- 3/4 ounce Valdespino
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters
- Rinse Akashi White Oak Japanese
- 1 lemon, for garnish
- Combine ingredients into a chilled mixing glass and fill with ice.
- Stir for 10-15 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass, after rinsing with Scotch.
- Garnish with oil from the lemon zest by twisting over the top of the glass.
- Discard the lemon and serve.
