Lemon pound cake
- 4 stick margarine
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 cups cake flour
- 1 cup milk
- 6 eggs
- 2 Tlb lemon flavoring
- Cream sugar and margarine for about 3 minutes or until fluffy
- Add milk then add flour one cup at a time
- Add eggs one at a time beat until creamy add the lemon flavoring
- Pour into well greased and floured cake pan of your choice bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350F or until done when tested with a toothpick
