Favorite Meatloaf

• 1 large onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
• 2 lb. extra-lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
• 1 cup water
• 2 egg whites
• 3/4 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup, divided Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
• 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1. Cook onions in dressing in skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min.
2. or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
3. Cool slightly.
4. Heat oven to 375F.
5. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, egg whites, 1/4 cup ketchup and onions just until blended; shape into 10x5-inch loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
6. Cover with remaining ketchup.
7. Bake 55 min.
8. to 1 hour or until done (160F).
9. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 2 min.
10. or until melted.
