Lime Pie Frappe
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp grated lime peel
- 2 tsp graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt, softened
- In a blender, combine the milk, lime juice, frozen yogurt, and lime peel.
- Cover and process until blended.
- Stir if necessary.
- Pour into chilled glasses.
- Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
- Serve immediately.
- *You can lower the calorie content by using fat free frozen yogurt and fat free milk if you desire.
