Easy! Refreshing Japanese-Style Sandwich: Shiso and Egg

  1. Spread a margarine or butter and a small amount of yuzu pepper or wasabi on the bread.
  2. Put shiso leaves on two slices of the bread.
  3. Boil about 3 shiso leaves and mince the (boiled) egg.
  4. Mix together with the ingredients.
  5. Spread the mixture from Step 2 onto the bread from Step 1 until used completely up.
  6. Cut the sandwich into easy-to-eat slices and enjoy!
  7. If you don't like crusts, cut them off.
