Smoked Ribs

  1. Prepare smoker.
  2. Combine butter, vinegar, lemon juice, and marinade in a large pot.
  3. Bring to a boil on the stove.
  4. Drop racks of ribs into the mixture and cook until they turn brown (usually 5-10 minutes).
  5. Remove and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Rub ribs with barb-que rub of choice.
  7. Pour water, apple juice or beer into the water-pan.
  8. Put a large handful of wood chunks on-top of charcoal.
  9. Cook ribs for 3 1/2 hours rotating them once during those 3 1/2 hours.
  10. After 3 1/2 hours, put on bar-b-que sauce and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  11. Enjoy!
