Hot Pot with Delicious Chicken Meatballs
- 2 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 (If using soy sauce or miso...)
- 1/2 tbsp Chicken stock granules
- 1 Kombu for dashi stock
- 1/2 tsp Bonito dashi stock (granules)
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Grated garlic
- 200 grams Minced chicken
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 1 dash Pepper
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/4 Eggs
- 2 tsp Katakuriko
- 2 Sliced carrots
- 5 cm Japanese leek
- 4 leaves Thinly sliced pork belly
- 5 big leaves Napa cabbage
- 1 Japanese leek
- 200 grams Mushrooms (enoki, maitake, shiitake)
- 5 cm Carrot
- Knead those chicken meatball ingredients!
- Use a food processor if you have one.
- Finely chop the leek and carrot.
- When you're done mixing, it should look like this.
- Put the dashi stock ingredients into an earthenware pot and bring to a boil.
- Form small meatballs, drop into the pot, and let simmer.
- Put the other ingredients into the pot.
- Anything is fine!
- Once everything is nice and soft, it's time to eat I recommend using the leftovers to make ramen noodles.
