Green Onion Sausage with Cherry-Mustard Dipping Sauce

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or preheat broiler.
  2. Grill sausages until just cooked through, turning occasionally, about 12 minutes (or until cooked through, 170 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer.)
  3. Meanwhile melt butter in a small saucepan.
  4. Add the cherry marmalade and Dijon mustard and stir to combine.
  5. Simmer until mixture comes together, about 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve warm or at room temperature with the sausage.
  7. To serve, slice sausage into bite-size pieces and serve on a platter with sauce, cheese and toast.
