Root Beer Glazed Pork Chops

  1. Place pork chops in a medium bowl and pour half the root beer over the chops.
  2. Let the chops rest in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  3. Remove and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add remaining root beer, stock, sugar, hot sauce, and Worcestershire to a sauce pan.
  5. Allow mixture to reduce on the stove (this may take a whilemine took about 20-25 minutes).
  6. The sauce will have the consistency of maple syrup.
  7. When sauce is almost done, begin to grill the pork.
  8. Just before the pork is done, brush sauce on each side to finish.
  9. Drizzle the remainder of the sauce on the pork chops and enjoy!
