Easy Cranberry Jam
- 360 grams Fresh cranberries
- 180 grams Sugar
- 1 lemon's worth Lemon juice
- Wash and drain the fresh cranberries.
- Heat a non-stick pot.
- Add the sugar and blend.
- Add the lemon juice and heat over medium.
- Heat over medium heat while gently mixing.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Once it becomes a thick jam, it's done.
- Pour into a clean bottle and store in the refrigerator.
