Easy Cranberry Jam

  1. Wash and drain the fresh cranberries.
  2. Heat a non-stick pot.
  3. Add the sugar and blend.
  4. Add the lemon juice and heat over medium.
  5. Heat over medium heat while gently mixing.
  6. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Once it becomes a thick jam, it's done.
  8. Pour into a clean bottle and store in the refrigerator.
