Fish With Curried Fruit

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Defrost fish if frozen.
  3. Pace fish in a baking dish that doesn't leave much excess room around it, tuck thin edges under.
  4. Sprinkle with a little curry powder.
  5. Pour fruit cup over fish (Including juice).
  6. Add more curry powder depending on your tastes over top.
  7. Bake, uncovered, for 4-6 minutes per half-inch thickness.
  8. Fish is done when it flakes easily.
