Sesame Baked Salmon

  1. Cut the salmon fillet into pieces that are about 6cm wide.
  2. Place in a deep heat-safe bowl.
  3. Set aside.
  4. For the marinade, cut the oranges in half and squeeze the orange juice into a small pan.
  5. Add the remaining marinade ingredients.
  6. Mix well and place over medium heat.
  7. Bring the marinade to a boil then pour it over the salmon pieces.
  8. Put dish into the refrigerator and let it marinate for no more than 2 hours.
  9. Remove salmon from the fridge and pull it out of the marinade.
  10. Put the sesame seeds on a cutting board and roll the salmon pieces in the seeds.
  11. Place into a greased deep roasting tin.
  12. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 20-30 minutes.
  13. Serve the salmon with rice!
