Banger And Bacon Kebabs Recipe
- 8 x Rashers rinded streaky bacon Stoned prunes, halved (optional)
- 8 x Chipolata sausages
- 1 x Red onion, cut into 8 wedges Ready made barbecue sauce for brushing
- Roll up the rashers of bacon.
- (If desired you can wrap them round the stoned prunes.)
- Bend the chipolata sausages in half.
- Thread onto four skewers.
- Grill or possibly barbecue or possibly cook in the oven till nicely cooked, but not burnt.
- Brush with barbecue sauce just before serving.
