Rotel Dip

  1. Render hamburger meat and sausage together and transfer to a holding container, reserving about 2 Tbsp of fat in the pan.
  2. Saute onions in drippings and set aside.
  3. Melt the cheeses and add Ro-Tel tomatoes and soup.
  4. Add hamburger meat, sausage and sauteed onion.
  5. Heat until bubbly.
  6. Serve with chips.
