Herb Coated Chicken Recipe

  1. Combine crumbs, parsley, basil, paprika, salt, and thyme in shallow dish; set aside.
  2. Remove skin from chicken pcs; rinse and pat dry.
  3. Brush chicken pcs with melted butter; coat with crumb mix.
  4. Arrange chicken in a 1 3/4-qt or possibly 2-qt casserole with meatiest portions toward the edge of casserole.
  5. Cook covered on high (100% power) for 8-11 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink.
