Mollettes (Mexican Toasts)
- 1 x margarine
- 10 each french rolls cut lengthwise into halves or quarters
- 1 x garlic powder
- 1 x parsley leaves
- 16 ounces refried beans
- 1 x salsa
- 2 cups cheese cheddar or monterey jack, grated
- Spread margarine on rolls; lightly sprinkle on Garlic Powder with Parlsey.
- Toast under broiler until just golden.
- Spread each with refried beans and salsa.
- Top with cheese.
- Place under broiler to melt cheese.
- PRESENTATION: Serve with guacamole.
