avocado gazpacho

  1. start by cutting avocados and add to blender with all ingredients.
  2. check salt level.
  3. your gazpacho will be soup like consistency.
  4. before chilling add your 1/2 lime squeezed stir & chill for 20 minutes in a plastic container.
  5. top with fresh sour cream & serve with bread of choice.
